I’m based in Dubai as a freelance health and travel journalist, media consultant, content creator, public speaker, and self love activist. My writing focuses on health and travel.
Previously I worked as Editor-in-Chief of Women’s Health Middle East and Men’s Health Middle East. I handle everything from print to digital.
As a freelance journalist, my pieces have appeared in Travel + Leisure, The Sunday Times, Travelzoo, Shape, CNN Travel, Afar, Elite Traveler, The National, Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, The Guardian, Edgar, Bespoke, Destinations of the World News, several inflight magazines and other UK, UAE and US outlets. I’ve done radio for the BBC. I also am a columnist for Cosmo Middle East.
I’ve worked with the Special Olympics World Games – Saudi delegation, CondeNast Traveller Middle East, Dubai Tourism, InterContinental Hotel Group, EnVeritas, travel apps, audio guides and others to create content. More recently I worked with the AJ / Ruiz boxing match in Saudi Arabia across the media and events departments. I’ve done everything from writing speeches to rewriting websites to creating white papers. I specialize in media consultancy and media strategy.
I am a public speaker who often MCs events, hosts panels, and gives talks.
