It’s ok to eat

It’s ok to eat.

EVEN if you had a big meal the night before.
EVEN if you’re going to wear a swimsuit later that day.
EVEN if your tummy is bloated or your bits have wobbles or some number on some stupid scale has crept slightly up.

Even if.

It’s still ok to eat.

And the next time you find yourself resisting, or starving,

Or hey ‘skipping a meal because you’re probably just thirsty right’,

Remember this:
A billion dollar industry is desperate to convince you
That your natural hunger queues are wrong.

And that your body can’t be trusted.

Ignore their nonsense.

Trust your gut.

And let yourself eat.
